First time customer. Had a starting issue with my vehicle. Brandi did an awesome job. They found the issue and had me back on the road the same day. Will definitely be back and will recommend motor medics to all my friends!!!

I always have an outstanding experience with Brandi at Motor Medics. She provides excellent customer service with genuine care and impressive expertise, taking the time to thoroughly explain any issues with my vehicle in a way that was easy to understand. Her dedication to addressing my automobile needs and getting me scheduled at a convenient time truly stands out—she makes the whole process stress-free and reassuring. I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend her and her team to anyone looking for trustworthy auto service!

We have been taking our cars there since they opened and have always been happy. But today they went above and beyond for my son. He had something hanging down under his car. Took it in, they raised the car, found some washers and bolts to reattach the cover. All at no charge. This is what you’d expect from a small town, locally owned business. Thanks for making a customer feel appreciated!!

I've been a customer of Motor Medics since it opened and a long time customer of Mike Thompson Auto Intensive Care Shops, and Motor Medics is a a credit to the integrity and exceptional customer service characteristic of all of Mike Thompson's shop. The staff and technicians at Motor Medic are particularly attentive, professional; they communicate promptly and in way that is easy to understand. Two of the customer facing bright spots are Brandy and a young man I like to call Maverick. With those two steering the ship, you can expect professional competent repairs and unparalleled customer service. Give them a go, you wonder be disappointed.

We stopped by for just a quick bit of help with our bumper, and they took care of us without hesitation. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help. It’s hard to find customer service like that these days. They made the whole experience easy and stress-free, and we left extremely impressed. I highly recommend them to anyone needing any kind of automotive work. We’ll definitely be coming back!
